In 2016, we had two officers in our hometown that were our friends that were shot and killed in the line of duty. We made the blue and black bows to hand out at their memorial service for everyone to wear. We knew how badly we were suffering in our community to lose our dear friends. We knew that other communities had similar things happen to them. So, by request, we came out with the “Back the Blue” collection.
